All clothing items in our online store have a link to the Size Chart. Please refer to the sizing chart for relevant sizing information. These measurements relate to the actual clothing item, not the size of your child. All measurements are given in half sizes. This means, for instance, the chest measurement given on our size chart is for the front of the clothing item only. The chest is measured from arm pit to arm pit. To get the full chest measurement you must double it. All size charts are only a guide but will give you a fair idea of selecting the right size for your child.
All our clothing items are made with 95% cotton 5% elastane (GOTS certified organic).
The reason we use a small percentage of elastane in the fabric is to give it
excellent shape retention giving our clothes a fitted look after repeated wear
- excellent stretch meaning greater freedom for little bodies to grow freely into it
- a soft hand-feel even after repeated washes
- excellent crease recovery meaning those toddler heads can come in and out of our clothes and you won't have sagging necklines
- increased durability and longevity allowing you to pass on clothes to siblings and the next generation
We accept Afterpay, Paypal and all major credit cards.
Oomph & Floss uses Australia Post for regular domestic & international shipping. Shipping is free for all orders over $AUD 199.00 in Australia.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 working days. However, please expect minor delays during sale periods when we receive a particularly high volume of orders. Wednesday is our day off. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped so please check your inbox.

For full-priced items, Oomph & Floss offers a full refund
if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchased clothing items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
before returning your item.
All refunds are subject to the following terms:
- refunds will be honoured up to 14 days from the date of shipping.
- refunds will be honoured once all items have been returned.
- returned items will be posted at the customers expense.
- refunds cannot be honoured if tags are cuts and items have been damaged during postage.
We can exchange a clothing item subject to availability, however you will be required to pay for postage.
We cannot exchange or offer a refund on an item purchased during a sale, unless it is faulty. We can provide you with a store credit to use for future purchases once the returned item is received.
